Paubrasil offers the best of classic processed Natural coffee from the Cerrado region of Brazil. Paubrasil is named after the Brazilian national tree and illustrates the consistent quality of Brazilian seasonal farmers who use all available technologies to advance coffee production, offering balanced and smooth profiles despite the changed environmental conditions.

The Cerrado Mineiro region is located in the northwest of Minas Gerais. This region is world-renowned for its high-quality coffee and in 2005 became the first protected geographical region in Brazil with a full designation of origin in 2013.

An important feature of this region is its specific but constant season – hot, humid summers are followed by pleasantly dry winters. The dry climate during the harvest eliminates any problems with humidity during the drying process, which contributes to the exceptional quality of the coffee.
