Opis

Ta kava prihaja iz procesne postaje Munkaze, ki predeluje kave z družinske kmetije Ephrem in 815 manjših pridelovalcev iz okoliških kmetij. Na zadnjem tekmovanju Cup of Exellence je njihova kava 2 mesto. Na procesni postaji Munkaze izjemno pozornost posvečajo kvaliteti. Kave obirajo ročno pri polni zrelosti in jih natančno sortirajo. Po pridelavi kavo sušijo na dvignjenih afriških posteljah z namenom, da kava doseže optimalno vlažnost in s tem aromo.

This cup of coffee offers you perfectly balanced malic acids that are interwoven with honey notes. The coffee is full-bodied, and the sweet fruit acids are complemented by the tannins of black tea.

About

This coffee comes from the Munkaze washing station, which processes coffee from the Ephrem Family Farm and 815 smaller growers from surrounding farms. In the last Cup of Exellence competition, their coffee took 2nd place. At the Munkaze process station they pay special attention to quality. All coffees are hand-picked at full maturity and carefully sorted. After fermentation the coffee are dried on raised african beds in order for the coffee to achieve optimum humidity and perfect aroma.
